Classified Advertiser Terms of Use

Subject to our Privacy Policy (below), advertiser grants Digital Winds Media an unrestricted license to use all ad content (text and images) submitted to PlaneViz by advertiser.

PlaneViz reserves the right to reject ads for any reason, at its sole discretion.

All classified ads run for 30 days, at which time they expire unless renewed before then by advertiser. Advertisers will receive an email notification of expiration three days prior to expiration, and again on the day of expiration, with renewal instructions.

Paid ads are non refundable and may not be pro rated or credited for any reason, including early termination of an ad by advertiser or planned and unplanned site down time.
